VANILLA HONEY ROASTED APPLES

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced

• 1 tablespoon coconut oil

• 1/4 cup Hyve Vanilla Honey

• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, toss together the apples, olive oil, vanilla honey, cinnamon, and ginger.

3. Spread the apples in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the apples are tender and golden brown.

5. Serve immediately, topped with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
