CACAO HONEY PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup paleo flour

• 2 tablespoons coconut sugar

• 2 teaspoons baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup milk or milk alternative

• 1 egg

• 1 tablespoon avocado oil

• Hyve Cacao Honey for topping

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and oil.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

7. Top with Hyve Cacao Honey and serve immediately.
