CACAO HONEY OVERNIGHT OATS

 

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup rolled oats

• 1 cup milk or milk alternative

• 1/4 cup Hyve Cacao Honey

• 1 teaspoon chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

1. In a jar or container, combine the oats, milk, cacao honey, and chia seeds.

2. Stir well to combine.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4. In the morning, stir once more and enjoy.
